To to that first choose "Audio-CD" at startup of CDBurnerXP Pro. To reopen the dialog, click the new-button
in toolbar.You can convert mp3- to wav-files and wav- to mp3-files.

Use "File 
Convert mp3 to wave / wave" to mp3 to convert a file.
Now use the "..."-button to select your input and output file, then start conversation with "Convert MP3" or "Convert Wave" button, depending on which conversation you have chosen.
Tip: CDBurnerXP Pro automatically defines your output file after you chose the input file.
